I just found this s2k. Price seems good, but I'd have to save it from slammed society. I'm expecting 2,000 or so in repairs to the suspension and body. If I bought this though I would have to replace my 92x aero. Ugh the decision is so hard. If anyone else is looking for a s2k to save feel free to pick it up.

I think it looks pretty good, I'd drive it as-is. Minus the black hood, yellow is a little meh but I can deal.

For $7k that sounds like a CP.

Cons:
1. Slammed.
2. Swapped engine so a project car. Don't buy someone's project.
3. Needs new axles
4. Doesn't run
5. ITS SLAMMED.

I think it would take too much time and money to make it a worthwhile ride.

Yes you see but I'm a sucker when it comes to cheap as hell fun beater cars. I mean it revs to 9000! The only downside would be getting rid of my saabaru.

I think it's just too expensive to be a beater unless you were to get like 4 grand off his asking price haha then the work that needs to be done sounds pricey as well, unless you do it yourself.

If you want a cheap, fun beater, I'll sell you my Baja Bug haha

Yea, the aero developed a rear main seal leak and a oil pump leak. Should be fixed soon, I don't hate the car but I just can't drive it right now.

I drove my saab without heat for 200 miles home. When I got out the car to warm up at a rest area, I couldn't feel my legs and face planted the concrete. NEVER AGAIN. If baja bugs had heat though 10/10 would dd.

No. lack of engine pics, crappy spelling, and "upgrades" scream CP. Odds are that car lived most of its life over 5000 rpm.
